- Whether you ticked the box to receive news, offers and discounts, with the exact wording you saw and the time.
- The time of your request and which form you used.
- A one-way scrambled code made from your internet address, used only to limit repeat or automated requests. We do not store the address itself.
- Whether our guide email was sent, delayed or failed.
We do not ask for health information on this form.
Why we use it
- To give you the guide and email you a link to it.
- To send news, offers and discounts only if you ticked the box. The guide does not require it.
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form.
Who can see it
Your details are stored in our protected database and are not visible on the public website. They are processed by our website and email-sending providers on our behalf. We do not sell your information.
Unsubscribing
Every email includes a link to unsubscribe from marketing or from all email. You can also write to care@GetTwentyAgain.com to ask us to unsubscribe you, or to see or delete your details.
How long we keep it
Unsubscribe records are kept so we continue to honor your choice.
