This policy explains how LNT Wellness Ventures LLC d/b/a TwentyAgain handles information collected through this website. It covers the website, the free guide signup and online checkout. Clinicians and pharmacies who provide prescription services handle your health information under their own notices.

Information we collect

• Free guide signup: your email address, an optional first name, whether you chose to receive news and offers (with the wording you saw and the time), the time and form used, and a one-way scrambled code made from your internet address to limit spam. We do not store the address itself. See the guide signup notice.
• Checkout: our payment processor, Stripe, collects your name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address and card details. We do not receive your full card number. Your order (products and quantities) is passed to our store system, Shopify, so it can be fulfilled.
• Shopping cart: your cart is saved in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or phone.

We do not ask for health information on the website signup form. The products you choose to buy could reveal something about your health, so we treat order details as sensitive.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website host, Lovable, adds an analytics script to measure page visits and navigation. It sends the visit time, the page path and full URL, the referring page, browser and device information from your browser's user-agent string, your browser language, and a country estimate based on your browser's time zone to a host-managed analytics endpoint. It uses a randomly generated session identifier stored in a cookie that expires 30 minutes after it is last set to group visits in a session.

Page URLs may include query parameters. Avoid putting personal or health information in website URLs. Our hosting and payment providers may also use cookies or similar technology to run the site and process payment securely. This description covers the analytics behavior we have verified, not a guarantee that every provider's tracking or downstream use has been reviewed.

How we use information

• To provide the guide, process and fulfil orders, and answer your questions.
• To send news, offers and discounts only if you opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse of the website.
• To meet legal obligations.

Who receives it

Service providers that run parts of the website for us, including our website hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, Shopify for orders, and our email provider when guide email is turned on. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including order and tax records the law requires us to keep. We keep unsubscribe records so we can continue to honor your choice.

Your choices and requests

• Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us to unsubscribe.
• To ask to see, correct or delete your information, email care@GetTwentyAgain.com or call 903-484-4747. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
• You can clear your saved cart at any time by emptying it or clearing your browser storage.

Children

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
